The ST range of modular plastic conveyors has a variable hinged joint, which allows the inclined section to be easily altered, without the use of tools, between 5 degrees and 45 degrees.

The weight of the inclined section is taken by two "stop and stay" gas cylinders.

Horizontal and inclined lengths are infinitely variable, as is the belt width.

Flight bands can also be offered in a range of types and sizes according to requirements.



 

The easy change belt system makes the conveyor extremely versatile and removing the belt is simple.

By extracting a single pin, the belt can be completely removed from the conveyor framework which allows individual links to be taken out to compensate for belt stretch. If necessary damaged links can be replaced or flight bands can be added or removed if required.
